This fantastic bright, modern and spacious fully air-conditioned five bedroom, three bath villa sleeping up to ten, is situated on the highly prestigious golf course community of Highlands Reserve.

The community includes an Olympic sized communal swimming pool, tennis courts and a children's play area with slides and swings all within easy walking distance.

The villa has one king master bedroom with a large en-suite, two queen bedrooms, one being en-suite and two twin rooms sleeping a total of ten guests. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower. The master bedroom has a 50̎ inch flat screen TV, all other bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

The villa benefits from free Wi-Fi, a DSL modem providing high-speed wireless internet connectivity and free US telephone calls. A pushchair, travel cot and highchair are available free of charge.

The fully equipped spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal unit, a toaster and granite counter tops. The utility/laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen.

The villa has two large beautiful Italian marble floored lounges, each has a wall mounted 50 inch flat screen TV, with many comfortable sofas and chairs for chill-out time. In one lounge, there is a dining table where you can have a formal meal or a casual snack. A Sony PS3 games console and DVD player can be enjoyed from these lounges. Both lounges look over the pool area, one being through the patio doors.

This excellent accommodation has a South-West facing extended pool and deck area giving lots of sun throughout the day. The pool area is very quiet and private and not overlooked. For your comfort there are four padded sun loungers, six padded chairs, foot stools, a table with a parasol and two drinks tables.

The villa is wheelchair friendly, with a downstairs en-suite bedroom.
